What do I need when picking up my vehicle?
Please have photo ID. Current drivers license, identification card or school ID.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) No personal checks accepted. Business checks are accepted.
Can I get personal belongings out of my vehicle?
Yes, but you cannot get anything that is permanently mounted or attached to the vehicle such as mounted speakers, radios/cd players/dvd players, wheels and tires.
Can I have my license plate?
License plates can only be removed after payment arrangements have been finalized.
Do you offer any services other than towing?
Yes, we offer jump starts, lockouts and tire changes.
What happens if I do not pick up my vehicle?
An auction is conducted 31 days after vehicle has been at Bee Line. If vehicle is not picked up by the sale date the vehicle will be auctioned off at a public auction and the registered owner (per Department of Motor Vehicles) will be sent to collections on any amount of the bill not covered by the sale of the vehicle.
Which Bee Line Transport, Inc location is my vehicle?
All vehicles are taken to our Airpark Drive location.
